The country white sourdough is our classic table loaf, it's made from a combination of organic and heritage wholemeal and white flours to provide a balance of flavour, texture and structure. The dough is fermented slowly to maximise flavour and digestibility. Nothing artificial is added, it's just salt, water, flour and time. This is a versatile loaf which will keep well for several days if stored well, after which it's great for toast.
